Chadron State College campus compared to Hogwarts

I’m going to start by suggesting that if you haven’t read “Sorcerer’s Stone,” the first of seven books in J.K. Rowling’s Harry Potter series, you run to the nearest public library, grab a copy off the shelf, and begin reading.

If you are an avid reader of my columns, you might remember when I wrote an article about a little game called Day One: Garry’s Incident and the massive backlash that occurred when the developer, Wild Games Studio, tried to get a negative review of their game off the internet.

My freshman and sophomore years here in Chadron, I did little more than attend my classes and bunker down in my room because that was easier than being sociable and far less frightening than meeting new people.
