Campus Activities Board

There is a club fair in the Ballroom from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Feb. 24. All clubs must be represented at the fair.

Two clubs – Art Guild and Pitch – were approved as clubs in CAB. Pitch club will meet in the Red Room at 7 p.m. Sundays.

At the beginning of the meeting, clubs had spent $60,453.92 and had $93,310.99 in remaining funds. CAB spent $6,437.65 and had $2,652.35 in remaining funds, not including Free Movie Night.

CAB representatives voted on the Vice Chair of Records and Vice Chair of Relations positions during Tuesday’s meeting.

Nominations for the Vice Chair of Records and Vice Chair of Relations positions were opened at Tuesday’s meeting. Analise Garland and Morgan Carrico were nominated for the Vice Chair of Records. Gavan Archibald was nominated for the Vice Chair of Relations. Nominations are open until next week’s meeting.

Two CAB executive board members will resign at semester.

After a resignation last week, CAB had an Activity Fee Board position open, that was filled this week by Richard Heule.

CAB allocated $900 to Laure Sinn, B.E.A.M.M.S. and Rangeland coordinator, for food, mocktails, and prizes at the “Partee at the Pavilion.”

Clubs have spent $43,044.60 and have $110,720.30 remaining in the fund. CAB has spent $1,478.04 and has $4,021.96 remaining.
