Campus Activities Board

CAB focused on upcoming spring events in the meeting Tuesday including a campus cleanup, Senate elections, Spring Days, and Scholastics Day.

The Campus Activities Board discussed the Public Relations Club’s “Battle of the Bands” event and Senate elections at Tuesday’s meeting.

During the brief CAB meeting, board members reminded club representatives about the budget packets and upcoming events, including the cancellation of the Alternative Spring Break trip.

CAB allocated $1,500 to The Pit and RLA to fund the Nerf Game “Got’cha” after Pit and RLA members presented a budget for supplies. Nathan Pindell estimated the total cost to be $1,343.

The Campus Activities Board deliberated Tuesday over the Pit and RLA’s request for $1500 to fund a campus-wide Nerf gun game called “Got’cha.”

The Campus Activities Board discussed the importance of attendance and upcoming events at a brief meeting Tuesday.

The Campus Activities Board allocated $7,000 for two upcoming events at its Tuesday meeting. Luke Wright, treasurer, said that CAB’s account balance was $14,546.43.

Christine Aye, president, convened the meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday. Vice President Kyle Klammer was excused.

The Campus Activities Board heard about an opportunity for greater preparedness for life after college and reports on the importance of accurately listing club contacts at its meeting Tuesday.

During the Campus Activities Board meeting Tuesday, the new CAB executive board was sworn into office, monies were allocated to Week of Welcome, and there was debate about what to do with the remaining $942.50 in the CAB treasury.
