Senate allocated $56 to buy Senator Folders. Senate also allocated $500 for homecoming royalty materials. Ashley Swanson, treasurer, then said there are $18,738 in unallocated funds.

Student Senate swore in Jacob Rissler as the new Andrews Hall representative this week, fulfilling its objective to have a student from each residence hall serving on Senate.

Student Senate allocated $1,100 and swore in four new members at it’s meeting Monday night. The Senate approved Treasurer Ashley Swanson’s request for a $100 allocation for Family Day refreshments.

Discussion on the new pool took up the majority of the Student Senate meeting on Monday.

Dale Grant, vice president of Administration and Finance, came to speak with Student Senate about the pool project. “The pool project is creeping along,” Grant said.

Student Senate accepted a letter of resignation, reviewed campus renovations, addressed changes in policy and welcomed a new administrator during its Monday meeting.

Student Senate filled its remaining executive board positions, swore in its president and vice president, and voted on CAB’s president and vice president team at the last senate meeting of the semester, Monday. Senate also allocated $3,230 from its State and Student Activity Fee Accounts.

Student Senate allocated $50,000 from the Student Activity Fee reserve account to help pay for the new floor in the NPAC at its Monday meeting.

Student Senate will reconvene 5 p.m. Monday, April 16.

Student Senate gathered for a shorter meeting Monday and revised one of its constitutions.

T.J. Thomson, treasurer, reintroduced the newly revised Senate finance committee constitution that was presented to Senate at its March 28 meeting. Senate approved the changes. Club appeals are today. Seven clubs have requested appeals.
