Student Senate

During Monday’s Student Senate meeting, the group heard from various organizations and clubs about upcoming events.

The Student Senate was in recess Monday owing to the three-day weekend for spring break.

Regular Senate meetings will resume Monday, April 12.

The last of the 2010-11 Student Senate members were sworn in Monday during the weekly Student Senate meeting. They begin their term immediately. Eleven new senators were elected into office during the Senate elections March 17-18.

Student Senate talked over changes in registration dates due to NeSIS, the recent elections, and the opening of applications for ambassadors and orientation leaders in their meeting Monday.
