The rangeland department welcomed Bill Whitney, executive director of the Prairie Plains Resource Institute, as he presented his first lecture for a new agriculture course, “Ecological restoration on the Great Plains, and related natural resource issues” at 7 p.m. Tuesday, in the Rangeland Complex.
