The Spring 2019 budget of $10,800 was introduced by Vice Chair of Finance Isaac Langan, senior of McCook, and approved by majority vote from representatives.

CAB members carried a majority vote to move meeting times to 4:45 p.m. Monday.

CAB Chair Kimberly Hernandez, senior of Scottsbluff, announced that CAB will host its spring semester club fair from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 23, in the Scottsbluff room.

In response to CAB Chair Kimberly Hernandez’s request, clubs donated $3,038.92, Monday, toward The Big Event.

With no decision made about The Big Event, CAB will allow another week for clubs to co-sponsor The Big Event. The deadline for clubs to donate is Monday.

With the Big Event’s budget reduced to $5,000, Vice Chair of Finance Isaac Langan, senior of McCook, proposed that clubs help co-sponsor the event.

With clubs having spent approximately $22,000, CAB currently has $10,643.58 in non-promised funds left in its account for the year. With the remaining budget, the treasurer’s report addressed future spending for clubs.

CAB Chair Kimberly Hernandez announced CAB organizational accounting training is scheduled for 11 a.m., today in the Student Center.

During Monday night’s CAB meeting, Student Trustee Dawson Brunswick announced that four candidates have been selected to interview for the NSCS Chancellor position.

CAB Adviser Megan Northrup announced plans for an organization and adviser training set for October.
