Chadron State College is set to host their only home rodeo of the season this weekend from Friday to Sunday at the Dawes County Fairgrounds, and CSC Rodeo coach Dustin Luper is excited. “It’s kind of like a homecoming game in football” Luper said. ”You get that advantage of knowing your home field.”

With a number of cowboys and cowgirls on the CSC rodeo team being ranked regionally, it seems likely that they’ll add up another string of top 10 placer-holders to their spring season and opportunities for filling slots for nationals.
