The Eagles were led by Sean Glasgow, redshirt freshman of Newark, New Jersey, 149-pounds, who was the champion in the amateur bracket, and Chance Helmick, junior of Beatrice, 174-pounds, in the elite division.
The Chadron State wrestling team began practice Oct. 10, signaling the beginning of the winter sports season. Head Coach Brett Hunter has 32 men on the roster this season.
